5. Release of Liability Agreement
By using the services provided by Groovy Ninja LLC DBA Run-N-Paw, you acknowledge that participation in activities involving your pet includes inherent risks such as accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen incidents. In consideration for the services provided, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Groovy Ninja LLC DBA Run-N-Paw, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or expenses arising from or related to the activities of your pet while in association with Run-N-Paw.
5.1 Animal Health Assurance
By engaging with our services, you affirm that your pet:
- Is at least 5 months old.
- Has received full vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
- Has been cleared by a veterinarian for physical activity.
You acknowledge the importance of ensuring your pet's health before participating in any physical activities with Run-N-Paw.
5.2 Acknowledgment of Risks
Despite our commitment to safety, you recognize that there are inherent risks associated with pet activities, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, or unexpected events.
5.3 Emergency Medical Authorization
In case of an emergency involving your pet, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any and all veterinary care expenses. While we will make every effort to contact you in such situations, Run-N-Paw may proceed with necessary emergency care if immediate contact is not possible.
6. Social Media Consent
By utilizing the services of Groovy Ninja LLC DBA Run-N-Paw, you grant us permission to capture and use images or videos of your pet for promotional purposes. These materials may be shared across social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, and on our website. You understand that:
- No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
- The content may be shared by other users or third parties.
- You can revoke this consent in writing at any time, although previously posted content featuring your pet will remain in use.
